With reference to our earlier announcement dated 17 October 2025, the Board of Directors of Rohas Tecnic Berhad (“RTB” or “the Company”) wishes to notify that its subsidiary, Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd (“REI”) had on 25 November 2025 received revocation orders (“Freezing Revocation Order”) issued by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”) pursuant to Section 44A of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (“AMLA”) while RTB and its subsidiary, HG Power Transmission Sdn. Bhd. (“HGPT”) have on 26 November 2025 received revocation orders issued by the Deputy Public Prosecutor under Section 50(1) AMLA (“Seizure Revocation Orders”).

The Freezing Revocation Order, dated 24 November 2025 and the Seizure Revocation Orders dated 25 November 2025, lifts the freezing order previously imposed under Section 44(1) of AMLA in respect of REI’s bank account and seizure orders previously imposed under section 50(1) of AMLA in respect of RTB’s and HGPT’s bank accounts.

With the lifting of the respective freezing and seizure orders on the Company’s and REI’s accounts, the Group is of the view that the accounts of the Company and REI are no longer subject to the investigations of the MACC. Whereas the lifting of the seizure orders on some of HGPT’s bank accounts would warrant access and restoration of normal operation of such HGPT’s bank accounts.

The Company, through its appointed legal counsel, will continue to closely monitor developments of this matter and will make further announcements as necessary, in compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and all applicable laws.
