The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 4 July 2025, 7 August 2025 and 6 November 2025 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce the following:- i. the Purchase Consideration has been paid by Edelteq in full on 17 November 2025; ii. the Subscription Consideration has been paid by Edelteq in full on 26 November 2025; and iii. the Sale Shares are transferred and Subscription Shares are allotted and issued on 26 November 2025. Accordingly, the Proposed Investment is deemed completed on 26 November 2025, which marks the full completion of the Proposals.
