Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 19 April 2024.
The Board of Directors of PIE wishes to update that the proposed project awarded to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pan-International Electronics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to manufacture servers has been delayed due to inability to meet the pricing expectations of customer. Further discussion and negotiation on the pricing is still in progress.
