The Board of Directors of CHB wishes to announce that on 26 November 2025, the Company has deliberated and resolved to vary the utilisation of RM6.0 million or approximately 23.05%, from the IPO Proceeds originally allocated for the acquisition of a new regional office in central region of Peninsular Malaysia, specifically in Klang Valley to the construction of a new regional office in northern region of Peninsular Malaysia, Pulau Pinang (“the Variation”) and to extend the utilisation period for an additional 24 months from the date of this announcement. In addition, the Company resolved to extend the timeframe for utilising the remaining IPO Proceeds of approximately RM4.249 million for an additional 12 months, from 18 December 2025 to 17 December 2026 (“the Extension”).
