Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(ii) and Guidance Note 4 of the Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Sunzen wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Finsource Credit (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Finsource”), a moneylending company in the ordinary course of its business for the financial quarter ended 30 September 2025 as set out below:
