On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Company and Allied Technologies Holdings Pte Ltd have mutually agreed to extend the Last Condition Date to 27 February 2026 for the fulfilment of the remaining conditions precedent. Save for the foregoing, all other terms and conditions of the MSPA supplemented by the Variation Letter shall continue in full force and effect.
