The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the “Company” or "KPGB” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. has on 26 November 2025 received and accepted a letter of award dated 26 November 2025 from Pixel Valley Sdn. Bhd. (“PVSB”) in respect of the execution and completion of a building contract works at Lot PT 6025 (Lot Lama Plot 24), Persiaran Cassia Barat 3, Mukim 13, Batu Kawan, Seberang Perai Selatan, Pulau Pinang for a fixed lump sum contract price of Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred Fifty Million Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Only (RM350,620,000). 

PVSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Kerjaya Prospek Property Berhad, a company which certain Directors and major shareholders of the Company have direct and indirect interests.
