Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 25 November 2025 in relation to the Company’s audited financial statements for the FYE 31 August 2025 which was adopted at the Company’s 1st annual general meeting (“AGM”) held on 10 November 2025.
Pursuant thereto, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Foodie Media, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to clarify that the Company will not issue an annual report for the FYE 31 August 2025 and shall not convene another AGM for the FYE 31 August 2025.
