Further to the earlier announcement, the Company wishes to clarify as below :
The Company refers to its announcement dated 18 June 2025, 20 June 2025, 7 November 2025 and 19 November 2025 respectively.
The Company wishes to announce that during the hearing held today, the Court has dismissed Mr Teh Chee Hoe's application for an Erinford Injunction to restrain the reconvening of the adjourned 53rd AGM on 8th December 2025 with costs of RM10,000.00.
The Company wishes to emphasise that the adjourned 53rd AGM will reconvene and be held at Diamond 1, Level 10, Holiday Villa, No. 260, Jalan Dato' Sulaiman, Taman Abad, 80250 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim on Monday, 8th December 2025 at 12.00 noon.
