Further to the Company's announcements made on 3 February 2025, 28 February 2025, 29 May 2025 and 29 August 2025 pertaining to the MOU entered into between LKLIM and YKEP for the purpose of exploring opportunities in providing hospital beds, medical equipment, healthcare education, and digital transformation for military hospitals in Indonesia, the Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that the MOU is deemed terminated with immediate effect following the deregistration of LKLIM ("Termination").
The Termination is not expected to have any financial impact to the Company and its subsidiaries.
The Board, having taken into consideration all aspects of the Termination, is of the opinion that the Termination is made in the best interests of the Company.
