Reference is made to the announcement made on 28 May 2025 wherein Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had approved the application for an extension of time up to 28 November 2025 to submit the Company's regularization plan to the regulatory authorities.

The Company (“Malpac”) wishes to announce that it had on 24 November 2025 submitted a further extension of time application to Bursa Securities of twelve (12) months i.e. up to 28 November 2026 to submit its regularization plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”).

The outcome of the application of the EOT Application will be announced upon the decision being received from Bursa Securities.  In the circumstances and pursuant to paragraph 8.03A(3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements and the Bursa Securities decision letter dated 28 May 2025, please be informed that the trading in the securities of Malpac will be suspended on the 6th market day from the date of notification of suspension by Bursa Securities or such other date as may be specified by Bursa Securities (“Suspension Date”).  However, the trading of the securities of Malpac will be suspended on the Suspension Date, regardless of/pending the decision of the appeal.
