Bonus issue of 358,025,834 warrants in Ecomate Holdings Berhad ("Ecomate Holdings") ("Warrant(s)") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 1 existing ordinary share in Ecomate Holdings held at 5.00 p.m. on 9 December 2025

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 08 Dec 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 09 Dec 2025

Remarks :

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application of the Warrants to Bursa Securities.

The notices of allotment for the Warrants will be issued and despatched to all entitled shareholders of Ecomate Holdings prior to the listing of and quotation for the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
