FREE WARRANTS ISSUE OF UP TO 316,306,032 FREE WARRANTS IN ASIA POLY HOLDINGS BERHAD ("COMPANY") ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 3 WARRANTS FOR EVERY 10 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN THE COMPANY ("SHARES") HELD BY THE SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY WHOSE NAMES APPEAR IN THE RECORD OF DEPOSITORS OF THE COMPANY AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 8 DECEMBER 2025 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 05 Dec 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 08 Dec 2025

Remarks :

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within two market days after the submission of the quotation application for the Warrants to Bursa Securities.

The notices of allotment for the Warrants will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders within four market days from the Entitlement Date.
