Single tier final dividend of 5.00 sen per ordinary share of Hexza Corporation Berhad for the financial year ended 30 June 2025

Remarks :

On 29 August 2025, the Board of Directors of Hexza Corporation Berhad ("Hexza") ("Board") declared the single tier final dividend of 5.00 sen per ordinary share of Hexza ("Hexza Share(s)") ("2025 Final Dividend") for the financial year ended 30 June 2025. 

Subsequently, on 11 September 2025, the Board had resolved that the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") would apply to the 2025 Final Dividend, whereby the shareholders of Hexza will be provided with the option to elect to reinvest the entire or part of the 2025 Final Dividend in new Hexza Shares ("Dividend Reinvestment Share(s)") ("First DRP").

On 22 November 2025, the shareholders of Hexza had, at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting, approved the DRP as well as the allotment and issuance of such number of Dividend Reinvestment Shares pursuant to the DRP.

On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) had, on 24 November 2025, announced that the issue price of the Dividend Reinvestment Shares to be issued pursuant to the First DRP had been fixed at RM0.755 per Dividend Reinvestment Share.
