The Company wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal has on the even date, unanimously dismissed the Appellants' motion for an Erinford Injunction (“Enclosure 4”) with costs of RM10,000.00 (subject to the payment of allocatur fee) to be paid by the Appellants to the Respondents.
