We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 7 November 2025 in relation to the DRP (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.

On 11 September 2025, the Board had determined that the DRP (subject to relevant approvals being obtained) will be applicable to the 2025 Final Dividend of 5.00 sen per Hexza Share. In this regard, all approvals pursuant to the First DRP have been obtained on 31 October 2025 and 22 November 2025.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the issue price of the Dividend Reinvestment Shares to be issued pursuant to the First DRP has been fixed today (“Price-Fixing Date”) at RM0.755 per Dividend Reinvestment Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.083 or approximately 9.90% to the theoretical ex-dividend weighted average market price (“WAMP”) of Hexza Shares of RM0.838, which is determined based on the 5-day VWAP of Hexza Shares up to and including 21 November 2025, being the market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.888 (as extracted from Bloomberg) and after deducting the 2025 Final Dividend of 5.00 sen per Hexza Share.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the payment of the 2025 Final Dividend shall be on 9 January 2026 and the Dividend Reinvestment Shares arising from the First DRP is expected to be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 12 January 2026.
