P.A. RESOURCES BERHAD ("PARB" or "THE COMPANY") - OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER PARB EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")

Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 23 October 2020, 3 November 2020, 16 November 2020, 25 November 2020 and 1 March 2024 in relation to the ESOS and implemented on 12 May 2021.

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the following offer of options has been made on today, 21 November 2025, to Eligible Persons to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the ESOS.

 

The details of the options offered to Eligible Persons of the Company and its subsidiaries are set out as follows:-
