The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Capital Reduction.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 28 January 2025, 28 March 2025, 2 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 4 September 2025 and 17 November 2025 in relation to the Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the sealed copy of the order obtained from the High Court confirming the Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act on 21 November 2025, marking the effective date and completion of the Capital Reduction.
