We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 24 October 2025 in relation to JKB’s application to Bursa Securities for extension of time to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 21 November 2025 granted the Company an extension of time of six (6) months until 16 April 2026 to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements.

Based on the Record of Depositors of the Company as at  23 October 2025, the Company's public shareholding spread was at 22.07%.

The Company will explore options to meet the shortfall in the public shareholding spread, and in due course make the necessary announcements in relation to the status of its effort to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement.
