The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Mah Sing wishes to announce that on 21 November 2025, Maxim Heights Sdn Bhd (“Maxim Heights” or the “Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mah Sing, had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with The Rampai Development Sdn Bhd (“TRDSB” or the “Vendor”) for the proposed acquisition of 2.79 acres of leasehold land in Mukim Setapak, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, with a Development Order, (“Land”) for a total purchase consideration of RM44,500,000 (“Purchase Consideration”).
