We refer to the announcements dated 28 February 2025, 24 April 2025, 25 April 2025, 21 July 2025, 31 July 2025, 7 November 2025, 10 November 2025 and 11 November 2025 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank and Maybank IB wish to announce that the abridged prospectus in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants (“Abridged Prospectus”) has been duly registered by the Securities Commission Malaysia. Furthermore, the Abridged Prospectus, together with the notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form have been lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
