The Board of Directors of Rimbunan Sawit Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that PJP Selangau Plantation Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as PJP Pelita Selangau Plantation Sdn. Bhd.), a 100% owned subsidiary of the Company, has resolved by way of special resolution at its extraordinary general meeting held on 11 November 2025 to approve the voluntary winding up pursuant to Section 439 of the Companies Act 2016.
