Further to the announcement of GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad (“GLM”) dated 19 January 2022 in connection with the member’s voluntary winding-up of Corebright Management Sdn Bhd (“CMSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GLM, GLM now writes to inform that the Liquidator of CMSB had convened a Final Meeting to conclude the member’s voluntary winding-up of CMSB. A Return By Liquidator Relating To Final Meeting was lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 19 November 2025 and the Official Receiver on 20 November 2025 (“Lodgement Date”). On the expiration of 3 months after the Lodgement Date, CMSB will be dissolved.
