Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 10 April 2025, 14 April 2025, 28 May 2025, 18 August 2025 and 30 September 2025.
The Company wishes to announce that the Case Management for the Legal Suit fixed on 17 November 2025 has been heard, during which the Court has directed that the Common Bundle of Documents, Common Issues To Be Tried and any interlocutory proceedings to be filed before 8 January 2026.
The Court has also directed the parties to file the following by the given deadlines:
The next Case Management for the Legal Suit is fixed on 8 January 2026 for the parties to update the Court on the compliance of the above directions whilst the trial for the Legal Suit is maintained on 1 – 4 December 2026.
Further development on the Legal Suit will be announced in due course.
