She is an experienced energy-sector professional and board director with more than four decades of involvement in the oil, gas and liquefied natural gas ("LNG") industries across Malaysia, Singapore and international markets. Her career spans senior commercial, strategic and governance roles with PETRONAS, Temasek Holdings, and Pavilion Energy, covering the LNG value chain from marketing and supply to trading and portfolio management.

She began her career with PETRONAS, Malaysia's National Oil Company, where she held a range of leadership positions over 34 years until her retirement in May 2012. She was closely involved in developing PETRONAS' LNG marketing portfolio and managing long-term supply relationships with key markets in Japan, Korea and Taiwan. Her final role was Senior General Manager, Commercial Division of Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd (MLNG), overseeing global LNG marketing and trading strategy.

Following her retirement from PETRONAS, she was engaged by Temasek Holdings (Singapore) from August 2012 to January 2014 as Advisor, assisting in the establishment of a new gas company within Temasek's investment portfolio. With the inception of Pavilion Energy, she continued as Advisor from February 2014 to July 2016, supporting its early-stage operations and capability development.

She later served on the Boards of several Pavilion Energy subsidiaries:

During her board tenure, she was also a Member of the Audit Committee and subsequently the Risk Committee of Pavilion Energy, contributing to the company's governance, financial oversight and enterprise risk management.
