Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 12 March 2025 in relation to the MOU entered into between Ecogreen Monomer Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly Known As Zhen Xing Plastic Sdn. Bhd.) and Sumitomo Corporation Asia & Oceania Pte. Ltd. together with Sumima Sdn. Bhd. Unless otherwise defined, the definition set out in the announcement shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors of Asia Poly wishes to announce that the Parties have mutually agreed to extend the duration of the MOU for an additional one year, effective from 17 November 2025 until 16 November 2026 under the same terms and conditions unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.
