The Board of Directors ("the Board") of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Group") wishes to announce that the Group sustained its growth momentum in the third quarter ended 30 September 2025 (3Q2025), recording a resilient performance underpinned by stable demand across both hardware and services segments.
The Group reported revenue of RM27.58 million (3Q2024: RM27.25 million) and profit before tax of RM4.91 million (3Q2024: RM4.36 million), representing a 12.6% year-on-year increase. Profit after tax rose to RM3.87 million (3Q2024: RM3.25 million), translating to basic earnings per share of 0.85 sen (3Q2024: 0.72 sen).
