On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the Board has on 17 November 2025 fixed the issue price at RM0.215 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.215 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 8.5% or RM0.02 to the 5D-VWAMP of ARK Shares from 10 November 2025 to 14 November 2025 of approximately RM0.235 per ARK Share.
