Unless otherwise stated, defined terms as set out in the announcement dated 15 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors of Sentral REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Management Company of SENTRAL ("Manager") wishes to announce that the parties had mutually agreed on 17 November 2025 to extend the Conditional Period for a further period commencing from 18 November 2025, being the immediate date following the expiry of the Conditional Period, to 22 December 2025, to fulfil the Conditions Precedent.
Save as disclosed above, there are no other variation to the terms and conditions of the SPA.
