We refer to the announcements dated 17 April 2025, 24 April 2025, 17 July 2025 and 27 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture and the announcement dated 13 June 2025 in relation to the Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Company, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that, on 14 November 2025, FHB, BDSB and SUSB have mutually agreed to extend the period for the fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent for a further period of 180 days, up to 13 May 2026.
