The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 1 November 2024, 4 November 2024, 13 November 2024, 15 November 2024, 29 April 2025 and 6 May 2025 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that pursuant to the extension of time, the timeframe for the Company to implement the Private Placement is up to 14 November 2025. After further deliberation, the Board has decided not to proceed with the Private Placement and the Private Placement has lapsed on even date.
