Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 31 December 2024 in relation to the Proposed Listing.

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 31 December 2024.

The Company wishes to announce that the Proposed Listing shall form part of the regularisation plan that is in the midst of being formulated together with its Sponsor, as part of an overall effort to address the Company’s financial condition and to regularise its GN3 status.

As at the date of this announcement, the regularisation plan has not been finalised. The Proposed Listing is intended to form part of the preliminary framework of the regularisation plan and may be supplemented or varied with additional proposals as the plan develops. The finalised regularisation plan will only be announced upon deliberation and approval by the Board. The Company shall make the necessary announcement in relation to the development on the above matter.

Per the announcement dated 3 November 2025, the Company has approximately seven (7) months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
