We refer to the announcements dated 30 April 2025 and 29 August 2025 on the Memorandum of Understanding between HELLO NATURAL SDN BHD ("HNSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and LABORATOIRES DE BIOLOGIE VEGETALE YVES ROCHER ("YVES ROCHER") for a potential franchise arrangement to distribute YVES ROCHER products in Malaysia.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that HNSB had on 12 November 2025 entered into a License and Distribution Agreement with YVES ROCHER for distribution and provision of YVES ROCHER products and services in Malaysia.
