Pursuant to Rule 9.19(36) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of NovaMSC (“Board”) wishes to announce that there is a deviation of more than 10% between the loss after tax and non-controlling interest (“NCI”) stated in audited financial statement for the financial period ended 30 June 2025 (“AFS2025”) and unaudited quarterly reports ended 30 June 2025 which was announced to Bursa Securities on 2 September 2025.
