Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 13 March 2025, 15 April 2025, 9 May 2025, 10 June 2025, 14 July 2025, 18 September 2025 and 6 October 2025 (“Earlier Announcements”) in relation to the Notice of Adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 served by TPSB against DDSB.
The Board of Directors of Taghill wishes to announce that on 10 November 2025, TPSB, through its solicitors, Messrs. Jayne Siau & Min Wei, acting on behalf of TPSB, had filed a Winding Up Petition dated 10 November 2025 against DDSB. The Petitioner prays that DDSB be wound up by the High Court of Malaya pursuant to Section 465(1)(e) of the Companies Act 2016, on the grounds that DDSB has purportedly failed to pay the adjudicated sum and the relevant costs, amounting to RM3,170,558.68, as determined by the Adjudication Decision dated 17 September 2025.
The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments in respect of this matter, in compliance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
