Further to the announcement of GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad (“GLM”) dated 18 March 2022 in connection with the member’s voluntary winding-up of Corebright Property Management Co Sdn Bhd (“CPMC”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GLM, GLM now writes to inform that the Liquidator of CPMC had convened a Final Meeting to conclude the member’s voluntary winding-up of CPMC. A Return By Liquidator Relating To Final Meeting was lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 3 November 2025 and the Official Receiver on 4 November 2025 (“Lodgement Date”). On the expiration of 3 months after the Lodgement Date, CPMC will be dissolved.
