The Board of Directors had on 6 November 2025 approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 30 November 2025 to 31 May 2026. The rationale of the change is to enhance resource management and financial planning, thereby facilitating a more efficient and timely audit process and the completion of financial statement. 

Following the change, the next set of financial statements will cover 18 months from 1 December 2024 to 31 May 2026.
