Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of HI wishes to announce that HI and its subsidiaries (“HI Group”) have entered into various RRPTs with the related parties by way of aggregation exceeded 1% of the consolidated net assets of HI Group for the period from listing date of HI on 28 March 2025 to 7 November 2025.
