The Board of Directors of Atlan Holdings Bhd. ("the Company" or “AHB”) is pleased to announce the formation of an Executive Committee ("EXCO") with effect from 10 November 2025.

This EXCO is established to enhance the efficiency of executive functions and provide dedicated oversight of AHB Group's day-to-day operations. 

The EXCO consists of the following persons:

Chairperson: Datuk Lee Kok Khee, Group Chief Executive Officer

Members: 1. Ms. Ho Yuet Leng, Group Chief Financial and Corporate Services Officer

                 2. Ms. Ng Geak Ai, Angie, Chief Business Development & Strategy Officer

                 3. Mr. Lee Sze Siang, Chief Operating Officer of Duty Free International Limited, a major subsidiary Group of the Company
