The Board of Directors of MMSV wishes to announce that Evolusys Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (“ETMSB”), had submitted its application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) to strike the Company off the register pursuant to section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Act”) on 3 June 2025.

ETMSB has been successfully struck off from the CCM pursuant to Gazette (2)308(4)/Gazette 551(3) on 22 September 2025.

The striking off of ETMSB is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets and gearing of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

None of Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the striking off, saving for their shareholdings in the Company.
