The Board of Directors of MPB (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Board has on today received the attached press notice from AmInvestment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the Offer has closed at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Thursday, 6 November 2025 (“Revised Closing Date”) and in accordance with paragraph 13.01 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, the detailed disclosure on the level of acceptance of the Offer as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on the Revised Closing Date is set out in the attached press notice.
