The Board of Directors (“Board”) of PBAHB wishes to announce that on 6 November 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn. Bhd. (“PBAPP”), entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (“non-binding MOU”) with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (“PKNPk”) and Gamuda Berhad (“Gamuda”) (collectively referred to as “the Parties” and each individually as “a Party”).

The MOU sets out the principal terms and mutual understanding among the Parties to discuss and negotiate in good faith towards entering into a formal agreement for the sale, supply, and purchase of treated water by a company to be incorporated by PKNPk and Gamuda or their respective nominees, to PBAPP for supply in the State of Penang.
