Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 17 October 2024, 26 November 2024, 28 February 2025 and 29 May 2025 pertaining to the MOU entered into between LKLAM and Andorra for the purpose of exploring potential medical equipment leasing for a new hospital located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and investigating the feasibility of providing leasing solutions for medical equipment and potentially other related healthcare infrastructure requirements for this new hospital.
The Board of Directors of LKL ("Board") wishes to announce that, following the expiry of the MOU on 16 October 2025 and with no agreement to extend and proceed further, the MOU has lapsed and is deemed terminated with immediate effect (“Termination”).
The Termination is not expected to have any financial impact to the Company and its subsidiaries.
The Board, having taken into consideration all aspects of the Termination, is of the opinion that the Termination is made in the best interests of the Company.
