Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 14 August 2025, 18 August 2025, 13 October 2025 and 24 October 2025 on the above matter.
Unless otherwise defined, the capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company’s earlier
announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that the decision was made today on the following applications before Judicial Commissioner:-

(a) the Plaintiffs' Originating Summons ("Enclosure 1"); 
(b) the Plaintiffs' injunction application ("Enclosure 2"); and 
(c) the Defendants' application to set aside the ad interim injunction order dated 18 October 2025 ("Enclosure 14").

2. Enclosure 1 was dismissed.

3. In this regard, the first Defendant's Directors' Resolution in Writing (25/04) dated 1 August 2025, first Defendant's Directors' Resolution in Writing (25/06) dated 12 August 2025 and first Defendant's Directors' Resolution in Writing (25/07) dated 12 August 2025 remain validly passed and subsisting. 

4. Enclosure 14 was allowed with no order as to costs, where the following orders were made by the Court:-

(a) the ad-interim injunction order given on 18 August 2025 is set aside; 
(b) an assessment or inquiry of damages is ordered against the Plaintiffs; and 
(c) parties at liberty to apply.
