Reference is made to the announcements dated 14 July 2025 and 22 July 2025 in relation to the Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”). Unless the otherwise stated, all definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors of Solid Automotive Berhad wishes to announce that the proposed acquisition pursuant to the aforesaid SSA, entered into on 14 July 2025, is completed on 4 November 2025.
Upon completion, SG becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
