Pursuant to Paragraph 6.11(17) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of GPP Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company's External Auditors, Messrs Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT (“Salihin”), have included an emphasis of matter relating to a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the ability of the Group and the Company to continue as going concerns for the financial year ended 30 June 2025.
