| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Brass most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of NOSCENDO Group, a European biotech start-up with operations in Germany, France, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, where he led financial restructuring, growth funding and commercial expansion. He had previously held senior finance transformation and executive roles with multinational groups including Atalian Group (France/Belgium), Seaspan Shipyards (Canada), Vinventions (USA/Belgium) and GEA Group (Germany). He had served over a decade with Airbus Group in France and Germany, holding Vice President roles in Investor Relations, Financial Communication, Planning & Reporting, and Division Controlling. He had also previously held finance leadership positions at DaimlerChrysler Aerospace, Eurocopter, and Cartop Systems. He has extensive board and governance experience, having served on the boards of entities in Europe, North America and Asia including Eurocopter Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Eurocopter South East Asia Pte Ltd, Airbus Helicopters Canada, and other corporate boards in the United Kingdom and France. He currently serves in an advisory capacity, focusing on investment and strategic advisory work. |
