We refer to the announcements dated 11 September 2025, 8 October 2025 and 10 October 2025 in relation to the Proposed DRP. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement dated 11 September 2025 shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 31 October 2025, resolved to approve the listing for and quotation of up to 14,800,000 new Hexza Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed DRP, subject to the following conditions:-

1. Hexza and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed DRP;
2. Hexza and UOBKH are required to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed DRP;
3. Hexza and UOBKH are required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed DRP is completed; and
4. Payment of additional listing fee, if any, based on the final issue price together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable.
