The Board wishes to announce that the Vendor has agreed to grant OFM an extension of up to 31 December 2025, a further two (2) months from the Completion Date to complete the Proposed Acquisition, subject to the payment of interest at the rate calculated at eight per centum (8%) per annum on the outstanding sum of the Purchase Consideration due and owing to the Vendor.
