We refer to the announcements dated 21 July 2025, 26 September 2025, 23 October 2025 and 28 October 2025 ("Announcements") as well as the Company's circular to shareholders dated 29 September 2025 ("Circular") in relation to the Disposal. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and the Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that all the Conditions Precedent in accordance with the terms of the SSPA have been fulfilled on 31 October 2025 and the Balance Disposal Consideration has been fully paid by the Purchaser to the Vendor on 31 October 2025. Accordingly, the Disposal has been completed on even date.
